Shipping policy
The purchase was made in our retails store located in Glendale Galleria. It was not an online purchase. The customer brought back one item and exchange with other items. We helped her to make an exchange, she paid the difference between, then we put the new purchase in the Gift Box, printed the receipt and provided all necessary service to make a smooth exchange with the new items. We provided an excellent customer service. It is not right to shop at the store then submit a chargeback. It means she got the items for free, which is an unacceptable for the small business like us or any business.
